阿普奇 PLxxxCQ-E7L-Q170 系列是阿普奇模块化无风扇工业触控一体机产品线的主力系列。该产品隶属于阿普奇工业一体机(PL系列),采用全屏电容触摸屏设计和无风扇被动散热架构,提供从12.1英寸到27英寸共9种屏幕尺寸的模块化选择,涵盖方屏与宽屏。
核心配置方面,搭载Intel 6/7/8/9代酷睿/奔腾/赛扬桌面处理器(TDP 35W, LGA1151),搭配Intel Q170芯片组与2×SO-DIMM DDR4双通道2133MHz内存(最大64GB)。网络方面配备2路Intel千兆网卡(i210-AT + i219-LM/V)。存储方面提供2×SATA3.0 2.5英寸硬盘位(含一路快拆设计,支持RAID 0/1)和1×M.2 Key-M(PCIe Gen3 x4 + SATA3.0, NVMe/SATA自动识别, 2242/2260/2280)。
扩展系统是该系列的亮点:创新的MXM/aDoor模块化扩展总线可灵活选配4×LAN/4×POE/6×COM/16×GPIO扩展卡,Mini PCIe和M.2 Key-B(均含SIM卡槽)支持4G/5G通信扩展。前置面板集成了6路USB3.0接口和4路DB9串口(COM1/2支持RS232/422/485三模式)。全系标配10点投射电容触摸屏(透光率≥85%,硬度≥6H),前面板满足IP65防护等级。
显示系统提供VGA、DVI-D、DP++和内部LVDS共4路显示输出,最高支持4K@60Hz分辨率。无风扇被动散热设计使12.1~17英寸型号可适应-20~60℃宽温环境,并通过IEC 60068-2-64振动和IEC 60068-2-27冲击认证。享受阿普奇3年超长质保和30分钟快速响应服务。
