阿普奇 TER30X-A5 是阿普奇TER系列中的X86机器人小脑(Cerebellum)控制器——基于12/13代Intel酷睿处理器,专为机器人实时运动控制、多轴协调和确定性I/O设计的工业级计算平台。它与阿普奇的Jetson大脑(Brain)控制器(TER30J/TER40J系列)形成大小脑协同架构。
核心平台:Intel 12/13代酷睿i3/i5/i7处理器-U/P/H系列,最高支持45W TDP——桌面级性能。DDR5 SO-DIMM 5200MHz单通道内存(非ECC),为实时控制提供低延迟数据访问。
网络是TER30X的核心能力——5路独立千兆网口(i219-V管理网口 + i350-AM4四端口工业网口)+ 1路内部GbE(wafer),共计6个千兆通道。i350-AM4是Intel专门面向工业的四端口千兆控制器,具备硬件多队列和低延迟特性,在实时工业以太网(如EtherCAT、Profinet、EIP)应用中提供确定性数据包调度。
控制接口:4×RS232/485(跳帽配置, wafer)连接伺服驱动器、编码器和传感器;8路可配置GPIO处理限位开关、安全触边和状态IO。
USB:4×USB 5Gbps(Type-A)+ 3×USB 2.0(wafer, 内置)——wafer内置USB为加密狗和内部设备提供了隐蔽安装空间。
存储与扩展:M.2 Key-M(NVMe SSD)、M.2 Key-B(4G/5G+SIM)、M.2 Key-E(WiFi/BT)。DC 12-28V宽压,15G冲击防护。
小脑定位的核心价值:X86架构的实时操作系统(RTOS/Preempt-RT Linux)可在微秒级延迟内完成运动控制循环——这是GPU-based Jetson平台在确定性实时控制方面难以保证的。大脑(Jetson)负责AI感知和决策,小脑(X86)负责实时执行和运动协调。
