阿普奇 PLxxxRQ-E5S 是阿普奇工控一体机PL系列中电阻触摸的新一代平台型号——在电阻触摸(手套/触控笔可操作)的基础上,将平台从J1900升级到J6412/Alder Lake-N现代低功耗处理器,是电阻触摸(RQ)系列中平台代际最新、算力最强的型号。
屏幕提供9种尺寸(10.1~21.5寸),覆盖方屏和宽屏:10.1″(1280×800, 16:10)、10.4″(1024×768, 4:3)、12.1″(1024×768, 4:3)、15.0″(1024×768, 4:3)、15.6″(1920×1080, 16:9)、17.0″(1280×1024, 5:4)、18.5″(1366×768, 16:9)、19.0″(1440×900, 16:10)、21.5″(1920×1080, 16:9)。
触摸屏采用五线电阻触摸(5-Wire Resistive Touch)——点击寿命100gf×1000万次、划线寿命100gf×100万次,响应≤15ms,透光率≥78%,表面硬度≥3H。电阻触摸不依赖电容感应,手指、戴手套、触控笔施加压力即可操作——在戴手套的产线、潮湿油污环境、需触控笔精确点选的场景中稳定可靠。
核心平台跨代升级——从J1900(Bay Trail, 2013)升级到四梯度CPU:
• J6412(Elkhart Lake, 4核, 2.0-2.6GHz, 1.5MB缓存, 10W)
• N95(Alder Lake-N, 4核, 1.7-3.4GHz, 6MB缓存)
• N97(Alder Lake-N, 4核, 2.0-3.6GHz, 6MB缓存)
• i3-N305(Alder Lake-N, 8核8线程, 1.0-3.8GHz, 6MB缓存)
内存采用DDR4 SO-DIMM(最高3200MHz,最大32GB)——是RQ-E5板载DDR3L 4GB的8倍容量。Intel UHD Graphics。双Intel i210-AT千兆网卡。
显示接口现代化:DP++(4096×2160@60Hz)+ HDMI(2048×1080@60Hz)——将RQ-E5的VGA替换为DP 4K@60Hz,支持现代4K显示器。
串口与DIO:6路COM(COM1/2 RS232/485 DB9/M BIOS控制 + JCOM3/4 + JCOM5/6 wafer)+ 16路DIO(8DI+8DO)。
存储为双硬盘设计——1×SATA3.0(2.5寸15+7pin硬盘位)+ 1×M.2 Key-M(SATA SSD, 2280)。
扩展方面:1×aDoor模块扩展 + 1×Mini PCIe(PCIe2.0 x1 + USB2.0)+ Nano SIM卡槽(4G/WiFi无线扩展)。
I/O配置:前置4×USB3.0 + 2×USB2.0、2×RJ45、DP++、HDMI、音频(Line-out+MIC, CTIA)、Nano SIM、电源输入;后置电源按钮+LED、2×RS232/485(COM1/2);内部含2×COM(JCOM3/4)、2×COM(JCOM5/6)、4×USB2.0、LVDS/eDP、扬声器、16路DIO、LPC。
机械与防护:铝合金面板+散热器+SGCC箱体,前面板IP65,无风扇被动散热,嵌入式/VESA安装,DC 12-28V(2Pin, 5.08mm)宽压供电,可编程看门狗(1-255秒),操作系统支持Win10和Linux。70mm统一厚度。
环境适应性:10.1-15.6″支持-20~60℃工作温度(17寸以上为0~50℃),抗振1Grms(IEC 60068-2-64),抗冲击15G半正弦11ms(IEC 60068-2-27)。
J6412-N305现代平台+DDR4 32GB+DP 4K+五线电阻触摸+9尺寸方屏宽屏+IP65——PLxxxRQ-E5S是电阻触摸系列中算力最新、I/O最丰富的型号,兼顾手套可操作的工业可靠性与现代算力。
