阿普奇 PLxxxRQ-E5M 是阿普奇工控一体机PL系列中的多串口隔离电阻触控型号——在PLxxxRQ-E5(电阻触摸)基础上,叠加了多串口+隔离RS485+MXM模块扩展的工业I/O专精能力,是电阻触摸与串口隔离的双重工业专精方案。
屏幕提供7种尺寸(12.1~21.5寸),覆盖方屏和宽屏:12.1″(1024×768, 4:3)、15.0″(1024×768, 4:3)、15.6″(1920×1080, 16:9)、17.0″(1280×1024, 5:4)、18.5″(1366×768, 16:9)、19.0″(1440×900, 16:10)、21.5″(1920×1080, 16:9)。
触摸屏采用五线电阻触摸(5-Wire Resistive Touch)——点击寿命100gf×1000万次、划线寿命100gf×100万次,响应≤15ms,透光率≥78%,表面硬度≥3H。电阻触摸不依赖电容感应,手指、戴手套、触控笔施加压力即可操作——在戴手套的产线、潮湿油污环境、需触控笔精确点选的场景中稳定可靠。
核心平台:Intel Celeron J1900(Bay Trail, 4核4线程, 10W TDP)。内存采用SO-DIMM DDR3L-1333插槽(最大8GB,可更换)——相比RQ-E5的板载4GB焊接,具备可维护性。双Intel i210-AT千兆网卡。
串口是本型号的核心特色——板载6路DB9/M串口:COM1/2为RS232/485(支持两路光电隔离RS485),COM3/4/5/6为RS232。隔离RS485在变电站、化工、多PLC等强电磁干扰环境中,通过电气隔离防止地电位差和浪涌损坏,保护主机和通信链路。
扩展方面:1×MXM插槽(LPC+GPIO信号,支持COM/GPIO MXM扩展卡)+ 1×Mini PCIe(PCIe Gen2 x1 + USB2.0,附带Nano SIM卡槽,支持4G/WiFi)。内置16路DIO(默认8DI+8DO)。
存储为双硬盘设计——1×SATA2.0(2.5寸15+7pin硬盘位)+ 1×M.2 Key-M(SATA3.0信号, 2280 SSD)。
I/O配置:前置1×USB 5Gbps Type-A + 3×USB2.0 Type-A、2×RJ45、VGA+HDMI双显示、音频(Line-out+MIC)、6路DB9串口、2Pin电源输入;后置4×USB2.0 Type-A、Nano SIM、带灯电源按键;内部含面板集成线、CPU风扇插针、LPC插针、PS/2复合插针(键盘鼠标)、2×USB2.0插针、16路DIO插针、前面音频、功放。
机械与防护:铝合金散热器+面板+镀锌钢板箱体,前面板IP65,无风扇被动散热,嵌入式/VESA安装,DC 12-28V(2Pin, 5.08mm)宽压供电,可编程看门狗(1-255秒),操作系统支持Win7/8.1/10和Linux。
环境适应性:12.1/15.0/15.6″支持-20~60℃工作温度(17寸以上为0~50℃),抗振1Grms(IEC 60068-2-64),抗冲击15G半正弦11ms(IEC 60068-2-27)。
