阿普奇 PLxxxRQ-E5 是阿普奇工控一体机PL系列中的电阻触控型号——与电容触控的PLxxxCQ系列并列,采用五线电阻触摸技术,是面向戴手套作业、潮湿油污、需触控笔精确点选等工业场景的触控HMI方案。
屏幕提供9种尺寸(10.1~21.5寸),覆盖方屏和宽屏:10.1″(1280×800, 16:10)、10.4″(1024×768, 4:3)、12.1″(1024×768, 4:3)、15.0″(1024×768, 4:3)、15.6″(1920×1080, 16:9)、17.0″(1280×1024, 5:4)、18.5″(1366×768, 16:9)、19.0″(1440×900, 16:10)、21.5″(1920×1080, 16:9)。
触摸屏采用五线电阻触摸(5-Wire Resistive Touch)——这是电阻触摸中的高耐久方案,点击寿命100gf×1000万次、划线寿命100gf×100万次,响应时间≤15ms,透光率≥78%,表面硬度≥3H。电阻触摸的核心价值在于:不依赖电容感应,任何物体(手指、戴手套、触控笔、卡片)施加压力即可操作——在戴手套的产线、潮湿或油污环境、需要精确点选的小图标操作场景中,电容触摸无法胜任而电阻触摸稳定可靠。
核心平台:Intel Celeron J1900(Bay Trail, 4核4线程, 2.0GHz, 睿频2.42GHz, 10W TDP),DDR3L-1333板载4GB,Intel HD Graphics,双Intel i210-AT千兆网卡。
存储为双硬盘设计——1×SATA2.0(2.5寸15+7pin硬盘位)+ 1×mSATA,可装机械硬盘做大容量历史数据存储。
扩展方面:1×aDoor模块扩展(阿普奇模块化I/O总线)+ 1×Mini PCIe(PCIe2.0 x1 + USB2.0)+ SIM卡槽(4G/WiFi无线扩展)。
I/O配置:前面板集成USB Type-A(2×USB3.0+1×USB2.0)和信号指示灯;前置2×RJ45、1×VGA(1920×1200@60Hz)、2×RS232/485(COM1/2, DB9/M);后置1×USB3.0+1×USB2.0、SIM、音频(Line-out+MIC)、1×HDMI(1920×1200@60Hz);内部含2×COM(JCOM3/4)、3×USB2.0、LVDS、8路DIO(4DI+4DO)、扬声器。
机械与防护:铝合金面板+散热器+SGCC箱体,前面板IP65,无风扇被动散热,嵌入式/VESA安装,DC 12-28V(DC5525带锁扣)宽压供电,可编程看门狗(1-255秒),操作系统支持Win7/8.1/10和Linux。
环境适应性:10.1-15.6″支持-20~60℃工作温度(17寸以上为0~50℃),抗振IEC 60068-2-64,抗冲击IEC 60068-2-27(15G半正弦11ms)——小尺寸型号具备户外/车载级宽温能力。
五线电阻触摸+J1900 10W+9尺寸方屏宽屏+IP65+双硬盘+aDoor——PLxxxRQ-E5是PL系列面向恶劣工业环境的手套可操作触控方案。
